HGSE Academic Writing Workshop 2020-2021

The HGSE Writing Center invites all interested students to enroll in a three-day workshop entitled Introduction to Academic Writing, offered September 17-19 and September 20-22, 2020. The free workshop includes three online units, which you'll complete independently, plus daily live facilitated sections with Writing TFs. Topics include conventions of U.S. academic writing, reading, and note-taking, structure and style, building an argument, common assignments at HGSE, and using academic evidence.
