“Posterize” Your Poster: How to Create and Give an Effective Poster Presentation

• This workshop will serve as a primer on creating and presenting a research poster with the end goal of equipping HGSE students with key tools that will help them maximize the impact of their poster presentation. This event is geared toward research and academic posters, but many of the broader principles discussed may be applicable to other types of presentations.

  • Giving a High Impact Poster Presentation
  • Poster Presentation Resources

• This workshop is part of the HGSE CommLab which offers services and support to graduate students to help develop and hone their oral and visual communication skills.

• Students are encouraged to attend future workshops/webinars and sign-up for one-on-one or small-group appointments with the CommLab Teaching Fellows.
